Chantal Skiadaressis est originaire du Sud-Ouest, elle a fait les arts décoratifs à Limoges, et a entrepris une carrière artistique dans les émaux, la porcelaine et la peinture, avec des expositions à Paris et à l’étranger au Japon, en Arabie Saoudite, au Canada et en Nouvelle-Zélande.
Attirée par les couleurs de la Méditerranée, elle a passé trente ans en Grèce exposant dans des galeries à Athènes et dans les îles mythiques de Santorin, Mikonos, Spetse et Eubée. Elle a également travaillé pour les musées d’Athènes et de Thessalonique.
Depuis mars 2020 elle expose « également les illustrations des livres « les fables du Chatmouraï » écrites par Serge Broch. Souhaitant participer à la vie de la cité, elle a créé l’association « Icaria éditions » qui a vocation à susciter l’écriture de contes, fables et récits par les habitants du territoire et à organiser des ateliers de lecture, d’écriture dans un cadre intergénérationnel.

Serge Broch est à la base un chef d’entreprises trés impliqué dans le domaine de l’eau où il participe à des actions de solidarité à travers notamment l’association www.unigaia-solidarite.fr qui intervient en Afrique et en Outre-mer.
Trés impliqué dans la vie de la société, a écrit les fables du Chatmouraï pour traiter de façon légère, mais engagée les travers de notre société et des sapiens que nous sommes. Une fable vaut souvent mieux que de longs développements. Il écrit des romans, essais et poésies publiés par icaria éditions la maison d’éditions co-créée avec Chantal Skiadaressis.
Pour 2026 il est projeté de lancer l’opération « plumes de fablions.
